diagnostic ASSESSMENTS 

Our practice conducts comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and others.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

We evaluate the need for medication, monitor its effects, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

We provide therapy services to our patients. We use various evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or interpersonal therapy, to help individuals manage their symptoms and develop coping strategies.

EDUCATION AND COUNSELING

We offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, providing information on mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care. We provide counseling to address specific concerns or challenges related to mental health.

We collaborate with other health care professionals to provide comprehensive mental health care and to develop a holistic treatment plan, customized for our patients.

Referrals

If necessary, we can refer patients to other specialists or community resources for additional support. This may include referrals for specialized therapy services, addiction treatment, ECT, TMS, hospitalization, or support groups.
